Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all magnetic components.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
