We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply.

Our magnetic sets are designed for use on most magnetic surfaces, including our custom letter boards and most modern refrigerators. We recommend testing a small area first to ensure no scratching occurs.
Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your items arrive damaged, please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement.
